With 30 years of experience in government and public affairs, community relations, nonprofits, campaign management, grassroots advocacy, and fundraising, Rocky’s professional background leverages a keen understanding of the political landscape in Westchester County and an expansive network of government officials and community leaders.
At CDD Strategies, Rocky is at the forefront of connecting government and industry leaders. She uses her legislative expertise to advise our clients on policy, politics, and community issues. Her no-nonsense approach and advice help us achieve our goal of getting positive results for both the client and public entity—so it’s a win-win for everyone.

In Washington, she worked on Capitol Hill as Assistant to the Chief Counsel in the Office of Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, in the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy as Legislative Affairs Specialist, and in the nonprofit sector, leading the Citizens Association of Georgetown as its first Executive Director.
Once back in her native New York, Rocky served as the Executive Director of the Westchester County Democratic Committee for several years under then-Chairman George Latimer, building a strong network of elected officials, union leaders, and independent stakeholders. In addition to advising many political campaigns, she managed the campaign for a Democratic Westchester District Attorney candidate and was Chief of Staff to Yonkers City Council President Chuck Lesnick throughout his 8-year tenure.
Born in The Bronx and raised in Queens, Rocky now lives in Yonkers.
